Application:

MPI's Round Spout Plate Magnets (RSPM Series) are used in gravity-fed angled chutes and pneumatic conveying systems that move low-to-medium volume product

streams. Typically, these magnets are installed when product flows over the magnetic face, providing optimal removal of ferrous tramp metal in a variety of chute

applications.

Operation:

The magnetic pole face consists of (2) 400 series stainless steel poles for maximum holding value. RSPM series plate magnets are easy to install and the magnet's

hinged mount design permits quick, easy cleaning of the magnet's surface. The strong magnetic field is effective in product streams up to 8" deep.

Standard Features:

• Permanent Ceramic 8 or Rare Earth magnet material

• Outside diameter spout sizes from 2" through 10"

• 100% Stainless Steel enclosure

• Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty sanitary design hinges

• Adjustable Draw Latches

• Rugged all welded construction
